The Destaco 528-F Vertical Toggle Locking Clamp is a heavy-duty solution built for demanding workholding applications. With a maximum holding capacity of 1,000 pounds, this clamp features a solid bar clamp arm and a front-mount flange base for secure, stable installation. Its vertical red handle offers ergonomic control and easy identification in busy workspaces.
Designed for use in welding, assembly, and checking fixtures, the 528-F includes hardened steel bushings at pivot points to ensure long-term durability and smooth operation. The clamp arm opens to 180 degrees, while the handle opens to 177 degrees, providing excellent clearance for part loading and unloading. Though not recommended for food processing, it performs exceptionally well in normal service environments.
With a clamp arm length of 3.4 inches and a height under the arm of 2.06 inches, the 528-F is compact yet powerful. The spindle is not included and must be ordered separately.
