The Destaco 9522-2R Pneumatic Swing Clamp is a compact, right-hand swing clamp designed for precision clamping in automated setups. Part of the upgraded 9500 series, this model features a 22mm bore and a 0.5-inch stroke, delivering 34 lbf of clamping force at 5 bar (72 psi).
Its unique design allows the clamp arm to swing 90° on a horizontal plane before moving downward into the clamping position, making it ideal for tight spaces. The shielded piston rod protects against weld spatter, and the unit is switch-ready for Ø4mm or 6.5mm x 5mm sensors.
The 9522-2R includes an M5 air port and weighs just 0.68 lb. It can be mounted using optional kits like the 952260 foot mount or 952261 tapped hole mount. Spindle assemblies are not included.
