The Robohand DCT-12M Angular Gripper is a compact, lightweight pneumatic gripper built for tight automation spaces. It features a full 180° jaw opening, allowing direct part feeding without extra movement from the robot or actuator. Each jaw rotates 90°, making it ideal for applications that need complete clearance during part transfer.
This gripper delivers 7.2 lbf of grip force and supports finger lengths up to 2.5 inches. It operates within a pressure range of 40–100 psi and maintains repeatability of ±0.002 inches, ensuring consistent performance in light-duty tasks. The DCT-12M uses a 0.47-inch cylinder bore and displaces 0.117 in³ of air per cycle.
Robohand designed this gripper for easy mounting using DIRECTCONNECT™ on the back or standard mounting on top. It weighs just 0.2 lb and fits well in compact setups. The unit does not include a spindle and does not use spring assist.
