Part of Destaco’s DPDS series, this 2-jaw gripper features a short stroke and synchronous jaw motion, making it ideal for pick-and-place systems, electronics assembly, and small automation setups.
With a 0.19-inch stroke and 22 lbf of grip force, the DPDS-056M-019 supports finger lengths up to 3 inches and maintains repeatability within ±0.001 inches. It operates within a pressure range of 20–100 psi and includes a 0.563-inch cylinder bore for consistent performance.
The IP54-rated housing protects against dust and water spray, while the DirectConnect mounting system allows for flexible integration with multiple jaw styles and air port locations. This gripper does not include spring assist and is optimized for general industrial use.
