The Robohand RPL-1 Low Profile Parallel Gripper is a compact, precision 2-jaw pneumatic gripper designed for small parts handling in space-constrained automation setups. With a 0.25-inch stroke and 26 lbf grip force, it delivers reliable performance for delicate and repetitive tasks.

Its non-synchronous jaw motion allows for flexible gripping, especially useful for off-center components. The RPL-1 features a lightweight aluminum body with hard-coat anodizing and Teflon impregnation for durability and smooth operation. Preloaded “Dual-V” roller bearings eliminate side play, ensuring repeatability of ±0.001 inches.

This gripper supports finger lengths up to 3 inches and operates within a pressure range of 5–100 psi. It’s internally lubricated and built with self-lubricating seals, offering a long service life. The RPL-1 is compatible with a wide range of accessories and can be mounted in any orientation, making it a versatile choice for precision automation.
