The Robohand RPM-1M Micro Parallel Gripper grips tiny, delicate parts with precision. It uses a double wedge design and has a 0.39-inch bore with a 0.13-inch stroke. The gripper delivers 8 lbf of grip force and supports finger lengths up to 1.5 inches.
Its compact size and 0.16 lb weight make it perfect for tight automation setups. The aluminum body resists wear, and the carbon steel fingers handle small parts reliably. It runs on 40–100 psi and repeats movements with ±0.001 inch accuracy. The RPM-1M includes purge and scavenge ports to reduce contamination and has adjustable preload screws for fine-tuning.
