With a compact 10mm bore and 6.3mm stroke, it delivers a grip force of 36N (8 lbf), making it ideal for semiconductor, laboratory, and micro-assembly applications.
Its dual V-roller bearing system ensures smooth, accurate jaw movement with minimal lateral play. The RPM-3M is prelubricated and includes purge and scavenge ports to reduce contamination, making it suitable for clean environments. Adjustable preload screws allow for fine-tuning, and the corrosion-resistant aluminum body adds durability without adding weight.
Weighing just 0.32 lb, this gripper operates within a pressure range of 40–100 psi and a temperature range of -35°C to 80°C. It does not include a spindle and supports finger lengths up to 1.5 inches.
