Wago 812-104 | Busbar Terminal Block

The WAGO 812-104 Busbar Terminal Block connects up to twelve conductors to a shared power source using a (10 x 3) mm busbar. It supports high-current loads and works well in control panels, machinery, and power distribution systems.

This terminal block uses WAGO’s Push-in CAGE CLAMP® system. Solid, stranded, and ferruled copper conductors fit securely without tools. It accepts wire sizes from 0.5 mm² to 4 mm² (20 to 12 AWG). Each conductor enters from the front, which simplifies wiring in tight spaces.

The unit handles up to 96 A at 1000 V and supports a surge voltage of 6 kV. It meets overvoltage category III and pollution degree 3 standards. The blue housing is made from flame-retardant polyamide and resists heat, vibration, and mechanical stress. The block mounts directly onto a 35 mm DIN rail and forms a stable electrical bond with the rail.

Its compact size—75 mm wide, 30 mm tall, and 27.5 mm deep—makes it easy to fit into dense assemblies. The 812-104 meets UL, CSA, and IEC standards and performs reliably in demanding industrial environments.
