The Destaco 807-S Light Duty Pneumatic Clamp is a compact, automation-ready toggle clamp designed for precision clamping in light-duty industrial environments. As the pneumatic version of Destaco’s 207-S manual clamp, the 807-S features a solid clamping arm and a double-acting cylinder with built-in flow control for smooth, consistent operation.
With a maximum holding capacity of 500 lbf and an exerting force of 540 lbf, this clamp is well-suited for assembly stations and light welding setups. It includes a 1.26-inch bore and consumes just 0.015 ft³ of air per cycle. The clamp mounts via a flanged base and connects through a 1/8 NPT air port. It operates within a temperature range of -14°F to 194°F, making it reliable across varied conditions.
Sensor-ready for both round and T-slot sensors, the 807-S supports automation and position sensing. It does not come pre-supplied with a spindle but is compatible with accessories like the 207105 bolt retainer and 802450-32-1-00 seal kit.
