The Destaco 812-U Pneumatic Hold-Down Clamp is a compact, light-duty clamp designed for automated clamping in tight workspaces. As the pneumatic version of the manual 201 clamp, it features a U-bar clamp arm and built-in flow restrictors for smooth, repeatable operation.
This clamp delivers up to 136 pounds of exerting force and supports a maximum holding capacity of 100–150 pounds. Its low-profile design includes a 0.75-inch cylinder bore, 1.02-inch clamp arm length, and 0.68 inches of clearance under the arm. The 812-U is sensor-ready, compatible with magnetic ring pistons for round or T-slot sensors, and includes M5 air ports for easy pneumatic integration.
Made from alloy steel, the clamp operates within a temperature range of -10°F to 165°F and features a maximum clamp bar opening of 99 degrees. It comes with the 305208-M spindle assembly and is ideal for light-duty assembly tasks where space and precision matter.
