The Robohand RP-100PM Parallel Gripper is a precision-engineered pneumatic gripper designed for delicate part handling in compact automation setups. Part of Destaco’s RP-P series, it features a two-jaw parallel design with high repeatability and smooth jaw synchronization. Its compact size and lightweight aluminum body make it ideal for electronics, life sciences, and small-scale assembly applications.
With a 1-inch stroke and 36 lbf of grip force, the RP-100PM supports finger lengths up to 4 inches and maintains repeatability within ±0.0005 inches. It operates within a pressure range of 5–100 psi and includes a 0.75-inch cylinder bore.
The gripper’s internal components are protected by a sealed housing, and its precision rack-and-pinion mechanism ensures consistent jaw motion. Though the spindle is not included, the RP-100PM is compatible with a wide range of accessories including sensors, cables, and seal kits.
