The Robohand RPL-1M Low Profile Parallel Gripper is a compact, precision-engineered 2-jaw pneumatic gripper designed for small parts handling in tight spaces. With a stroke of 0.25 inches and a grip force of 26 lbf, it delivers reliable performance for delicate and repetitive tasks.

Its non-synchronous jaw motion allows for independent operation, making it ideal for applications requiring off-center gripping. The RPL-1M features a lightweight aluminum body with hard-coat anodizing and Teflon impregnation for durability and smooth operation. Preloaded “Dual-V” roller bearings eliminate side play, ensuring excellent repeatability of ±0.001 inches.

This gripper supports finger lengths up to 3 inches and operates within a pressure range of 5–100 psi. It’s internally lubricated and built with self-lubricating seals, offering a long service life of up to 10 million cycles with proper maintenance. The RPL-1M is compatible with a wide range of accessories and can be mounted in any orientation.
